My story

Princess is spayed, up to date on vaccines, FIV/Leukemia negative, and her senior blood panel and labs look great!! Princess has lost the tips on both ears due to frost bite and was missing several teeth when she came to us. She had to have a few more broken teeth removed during her spay, so she will need to be on a wet food only diet. šŸŸšŸ¤ For all she has been through, Princess is a super sweet and loving kitty. She is great with dogs of all sizes, other cats, and children. She LOVES attention and to be rubbed and petted. She LOVES food!! Princess is a quiet kitty- except for all the purring she does when getting attention/being petted. She is a petite kitty, about 7 years old, but seems much younger. Princess is still very playful and we think she would fit in just about any home šŸ” 🄰 Princess’s Story: Princess was thrown out on the street and into the cold by her owner. Unfortunately for Princess it was during the subzero cold snap we had here in Maine. Luckily a neighbor was looking out for Princess. She was skinny and had frost bite on her ears. Within days the tips of her ears fell off- yes that’s what happens to cats' ears when they get frost bite! We also soon found out that Princess has very few teeth left so she was not able to really hunt or fend for herself while out on the cold street. If you are interested in adopting Princess, apply here: https://fairytails-rescue.weebly.com/adopt.html - We are very active on keeping our pet profiles up to date, if you are reading this and the pet is not "pending" they are still available. - Please read the pets full bio before sending an inquiry or submitting an application - We do not respond to "inquiries" unless a specific question is asked, the first step is to fill out the adoption application on our website. The adoption application does not lock you in to adopting. -Please visit our website at www.fairytails-rescue.weebly.com for more information on our adoption fees, requirements, process and application. We are assisting in finding Princess the forever home she deserves! Princess will soon* be able to be visited at The Cat's Familiar in Gardiner, ME - stay tuned!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Princess, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
