My story

MEET AMBER!This adorable 9 month old girl is Amber. She is still learning how to be a dog as she does not have much experience with the world, so is looking for a calm, patient home where she can continue to blossom. She can be nervous of new people, but once she has decided that you are a friend, you`re in - she will want all the cuddles and love that you have to offer! Amber would do best outside of the city in a quiet area in a home with older, dog-savvy kids that can give her the space that she needs to get comfortable. At this time, she would prefer to be the only dog in the home as she is still working on building confidence socializing with other dogs. If you are looking to add a snuggly gal to your family, stop by our Dedham shelter!My friends describe me as: Affectionate, shy, and sillyAmber is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team.For more information on Amber or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.
