My story

Harley is full of life. He was purchased at 2 months through a woman in Miami who owned the dog that had puppies. He loves to play tug of war, run around outside to catch balls/frisbees and go on daily walks. He really likes being with his owner/family as much as possible. Harley is 4 years old. Harley has not had any physical issues except dealing with some ear infections due to an overgrowth of yeast. Harley was neutered in November 2025. Harley was always fun loving but after we had our first child it appeared to affect him in a negative way. He appeared jealous of our baby even though we made an attempt to continue spending quality time with him. Perhaps the change brought anxiety which has led to some aggression. He has bitten on a few occasions but no medical intervention was needed and he never attacked anyone. We have had to keep him gated throughout the day to ensure the safety of our toddler and want him in a good home where he does not have to be isolated.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Harley, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
