Introducing Dave! 🎉 Meet Dave, an adorable 33-pound, one-year-old male pothound who was abandoned as a puppy in Grenada. With a delightful personality that still holds a trace of puppy charm, he greets each day with a playful and joyful spirit. ❤️ Dave loves to play with his four-legged pals, but he equally loves moments spent with his human friends. From a game of fetch to a friendly tug-of-war, or strutting around the yard with his favorite stick, he's always up for a good time. Dave also knows how to kick back and relax. 💤 ❤️ This affectionate pup has a heart full of love and believes he's destined to be a lap dog. He thrives on closeness and quickly forms deep bonds with his humans. 💕 Dave is both house-trained and crate-trained, making bedtime a breeze. He enjoys lounging on a cozy dog bed, snuggling on the couch, or simply being close to his favorite people. To truly thrive, Dave would flourish in an active home with a fenced in yard who appreciates a social and spirited dog. Ideally, he would love a playful canine companion to share adventures with. In return, he’ll bring you endless joy, love, and a devoted friend who will happily claim your lap as his favorite spot. Dave is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and has had blood work done (with negative results for heartworm and all tick-borne diseases), plus he’s on preventative care! 📍 Currently being fostered in Rahway, NJ
