My story

Denise is a sensitive soul who is still learning that the world can be a safe and gentle place. New environments can be a little overwhelming for her, so she would thrive in a quiet, low-traffic home where she can settle in at her own pace. Cozy hiding spots where she can observe her surroundings and feel secure will help her feel right at home. Denise can be particular about how she likes to be handled—she appreciates gentle head pets but prefers the rest of her body to be left alone. Because she values her space and calm surroundings, a home without children and possibly as the only pet would suit her best. With patience, understanding, and respect for her boundaries, Denise has the potential to form a special bond with someone who appreciates her quiet, independent nature
