Experienced handler needed for Theo, a 7½-year-old, 45-lb mixed breed who is fear-reactive toward strangers and unfamiliar dogs but has no bite history. He is house trained, crate trained, knows basic cues, enjoys walks and sniffing, and responds well to calm, structured handling. Theo needs an adult-only, only-pet home or behavior-focused foster
