Tazz

My story

Tazz is a loyal, affectionate dog who will make a wonderful companion for the right family. He’s a handsome red Staffordshire mix, about 5 years old. I rescued him in from a neighbor who realized they weren’t prepared for a puppy, and he has been a loyal companion ever since. Tazz is a complete love bug who enjoys cuddling, belly rubs, and being close to his people. He is incredibly gentle and patient with children of all ages, including children with special needs, and truly enjoys being part of the family. Earlier in life he lived with three other dogs—an older female pit bull and their two puppies—and did well with them, though he can sometimes play a little rough due to his energy. Over the past two years he has been the only dog in the home, so slow introductions to other dogs would be best. Tazz would thrive in a home with space to run, exercise, and people who can give him the attention he deserves. This is hard for us but we know there’s a family here for him. 💔
