My story

Jack is a loving & sweet with a high prey instinct, which is why we need to rehome him. We adopted him 7 years ago and have spent plenty of money & time training him. We do not know why he is triggered by certain dogs, yet friendly w others. We actually have a 2nd dog! He also goes after some dogs, squirrels & lizards. He never has accidents in the house, is incredibly good in the car; often puts himself in his own crate to relax. He needs attention, toys to play with, walks every day to get out some energy. He is talkative when asked & loves to snuggle before bed & on weekends. He is really a great dog. Loves his family and any friends that come over.We have tried all we know; but our home is on a high-traffic corner. There are multiple families a day walking their dogs along our fence. We have been putting him on a lead, but that's no life for a dog. We are praying someone has the knowledge of how to work through this prey instinct & give him a better life than we can.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Jack, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
