My story

Hannibal is a handsome 3-year-old fellow who truly enjoys the company of humans. Petting? Lovely. Attention? Wonderful. Being admired for his excellent catness? Absolutely appropriate.Other cats, however… well… Hannibal has some questions.While the other shelter kitties seem very eager to make friends, Hannibal is often seen politely wondering why they keep trying. He’s not aggressive—just a bit puzzled by the whole situation. From his perspective, life seems much simpler when he’s the only cat in the room, thank you very much.Hannibal would likely be happiest in a home where he can reign as the distinguished solo kitty, soaking up all the attention without having to explain to another cat why personal space is important. Got a comfy lap? Hannibal will happily grace your lap with his presence and if you are brushing him, even better!
