My story

​Cannoli is a 65lb "work-in-progress" powerhouse. When she arrived, she was a cartoon nightmare, literally pulling me off my feet! After 2 months of structure, she’s a sweet, eager girl who just needs help finding her focus.​The Reality: Our trainer describes her as a "total spazz." Her heart is gold, but her brain moves at 100mph. She struggles to focus long enough to "get it." She has a reliable "Sit" and is learning not to shred her bedding.​The Quirks:​Food Fixated: A world-class counter-surfer. She will try to take food from your hands or mouth! She requires crating during human mealtimes.​Leash Monster: She doesn’t just pull; she propels. She needs a strong handler who will continue working on this.Best in a cat-free home: Friendly but plays with cats like they’re 100lb dogs.​Ideal Match: Fully housebroken but needs a routine. She needs an experienced large-breed owner who can handle a "maximum volume" personality. If you can handle the chaos, she’ll be your most loyal companion!
