My story

Doggy door trained: not yet, we will start that in the next week with access to a totally contained dog run. She is a fear dog and potential for running is high until more socialization is accomplished. Leash trained: No. She is shut down and this skill will take time! Knows any tricks: she was a wild Rez dog, also far off! Likes: liver treats, chin scratches, ear rubs, all after she trusts you Dislikes: loud noises, sudden movement, anything new which is everything to do with living indoor Must haves: someone experienced with fear dogs and can work with socializing her very slowly to living in a home. Apartment dog: having been a totally outdoor dog, she will prefer a very secure yard. Fun facts: she wants to love and trust, she has so much potential if given the time to develop. Ideal home: quiet, calm, older children with dog knowledge and respect for boundaries may be possible, must know how to work with a fear dog who is a flight risk.
