My story

Hey. I’m Cane. Yes, I know. I look very serious in photos.In real life? I’m a big softie. I’m 61 pounds of Lab pittie mix perfection. Already built. Solid. Handsome. Only 5 years old. The kind of dog people stop and say, “Wow, he’s a good looking dog.” I try to stay humble. I’m smart. Like, actually smart. I know my tricks. I listen. I pay attention. I’m not out here making reckless life choices. I like structure. I like knowing what you want from me. Tell me to sit, shake, lay down. I got you. I’m pretty laid back most of the time. I’m not bouncing off walls. I can chill. I can hang. I can lay next to you and just exist like a well behaved gentleman. But if you want to play? Oh I’m ready. I’ve got that playful energy in my back pocket. I’m good with dogs. I speak fluent dog. Cats? I haven’t had much experience, so we’d need to test that out. Kids are okay too. I’m sturdy and patient, not fragile or dramatic. I’m housebroken. Yes, really. I know where to go. I keep my space clean. My shots are up to date. I come prepared. I’m the kind of dog that fits into your life instead of flipping it upside down. I’m loving. I lean in for pets. I’ll sit close. I’ll watch you like you’re the most interesting thing in the room.
