My story

Alvin is an 8-year-old Miniature Poodle with a big heart and an even bigger love for his people. This sweet boy was found wandering the streets after being abandoned, suffering from a severely infected eye that ultimately had to be removed. The good news is Alvin has fully recovered and is feeling so much better—now he’s ready to start the next chapter of his life with a family who will truly love him forever. Alvin could benefit from a little exercise to help shed a few extra pounds, so he’d love a home where he can enjoy short walks, playtime, and plenty of companionship. More than anything, Alvin just wants to be someone’s loyal sidekick. He’s looking for a home where he can be the center of attention. While he can tolerate smaller dogs, Alvin would really thrive in a one-dog household where he can soak up all the love and devotion for himself.
