When Aberdeen first arrived at the shelter, the world felt like a pretty scary place. She was very shy and unsure, preferring to keep to herself and watch from a safe distance. But with time, patience, and a little encouragement, she’s slowly starting to come out of her shell—and it’s been so special to see! These days, Aberdeen is beginning to make friends and show off her sweet, soft side. Once she feels comfortable, she enjoys quiet companionship and gentle affection, and you can really see just how loving she wants to be. She’s the kind of cat who will form a deep bond with her person—it just takes a little time to get there.Aberdeen is looking for a calm, understanding home with someone who will go at her pace and give her the patience she needs to truly blossom. In return, you’ll get to watch her transform into a confident, loving companion right before your eyes—a reward that’s truly worth it.
