My story

Worm is a young adult DSH with one brain cell and it’s working overtime. This orange boy is pure personality. He’s the type to launch himself at your legs the second you walk in the room, rubbing and weaving and demanding affection like it’s his full-time job. He doesn’t just like attention, he needs it. He thrives on love, pets, and being involved in whatever you’re doing. Playtime? He’s in. Cuddles? Obviously. Following you around the house like a slightly unhinged golden retriever in cat form? Absolutely. Worm was found dumped in Waterbury this winter, left outside in the cold alongside his brother, who we are still working to catch. Despite that rough start, he hasn’t let it harden him. He is silly, affectionate, and so ready to belong to someone. He’s the perfect mix of goofy and sweet. The kind of cat who will make you laugh daily and then melt into your hands five minutes later. If you’re looking for an orange cat with zero thoughts and maximum love, Worm is your guy.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Worm, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
