My story
Hi my name is Schemmy! I am a nervous boy who seeks comfort from my best friend, Dusty. When we are together, we are very loving and playful. I am a bit more shy than Dusty, but I will lean into petting when you find me in my hiding spot. We will need a lot of time to settle in to a new home to feel comfortable and protected, so please be patient! To be my best self, I will need a quiet home without children under 12. I hope that you will come to meet me and my pal Dusty soon, so that we can steal your heart! I am part of a “Perfect Pair”, that means I am bonded with another animal and we must be adopted together! Adult animals that are part of “Perfect Pairs” have special adoption fees which make it easier for families to make a commitment to the pair.Schemmy is currently living in one of our wonderful foster homes.
