My story

Mister Toosa is currently in foster care and ready for adoption via our virtual process! Mister Toosa, an 11-year-old male, just arrived and is still getting settled in, so we’re just beginning to learn who they are. Right now, everything is new—new people, new sounds, new routines—and we’re giving them time to relax, decompress, and show us their true personality at their own pace. Here’s what we know so far about his time in foster care: https://acrobat.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:VA6C2:5e1b812e-202f-4c7c-8957-f0bf1836e6ab He is a handsome guy with a unique look from his crinkled ear. He is a total charmer. His foster says "Mister Toosa is the sweetest, cuddliest boy! Almost immediately upon coming to his foster home, he was exploring and making himself comfortable. He warms up quickly and loves to be near you, whether it's climbing into your lap for a nap or lying by your feet while cooking dinner. As a senior citizen, he is definitely more low-key and really just enjoys the finer things in life like his naps, belly rubs, and treats. He's a cuddle bug! He loves to be either right in your lap, on your legs or at least right beside you. When he's comfy on the couch, he loves to flop over on to his back and show off his belly with his paws in the air! And when he's in a comfy, deep sleep, he has the cutest little snore." He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has had preventative treatments to ensure he is ready for his next steps. Submit an adoption survey from above and our team will reach out via phone or email (check spam) to schedule a counseling call. For any additional questions, please contact fosternyc@bestfriends.org. Please remember, pets cannot be held or reserved.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Mister Toosa, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
