My story

Kissmas is a 2 year old, 7 lb Tabby cat. This sweet young lady is a deeply affectionate, people oriented kitty who truly thrives on love, interaction, and companionship. She has been an only pet in a quiet, adult only home for over a yearShe has IBD, but it is very well managed on her prescription food. Her personality is a wonderful mix of playful, curious, and cuddly.When playtime winds down, she is all about affection.She will cuddle in your lap, curl up beside you, or nestle between your legs.She is known to drape herself around your neck while you walk around.Kissmas would do best in a home where she can receive lots of attention, daily playtime, and companionship. She would like someone who wants a true shadow, a playful partner, and a loving lap cat all wrapped into one special girl.Kissmas lives at her wonderful foster home but will be at the shelter to meet you once or twice a week. In order to help make the best match, we do want all family members (dogs and humans) to meet any potential new family member.   Our adoption center hours are: Closed Sunday/Monday; Tuesday 10a-2p, Wednesday 3p-7p, Thursday 3p-7p, Friday 10a-2p, Saturday 10a-4p.  We are located at 952 W Melody Avenue in Gilbert (zip code 85233).All animals are altered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, licensed (dogs). Cats tested for FELV/FIV. Dogs tested for Heartworm. All animals are available to the first family that is a good match, and if we have more than one animal who is a good match, there will be a lottery for all matches. Note that families must have come in to our adoption center and spoken with an adoption counselor prior to any lottery (when we have lotteries, they usually occur on Saturday mornings).
