My story

This beautiful girl of almost 2 years needs a new loving home where she can have room to run around. We have had her since 5 weeks old and she was raised outside to be a hunting dog but she just does not have it in her. She does ok in the kennel but would be calmer in a fenced yard or indoors. She is great with other dogs and barks at my cats but I think she would be fine with them if I introduced them to her. Since we have many other hunting dogs in kennels it is not fair to have her as a house dog and around them. We used to have house dogs and it creates too much animosity. Her only behavior issue is that she does not hunt. She minds well when out hunting or around the yard. She stays close and checks in if gets too far. She deserves a loving home.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Penny, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
