My story

These cats were rescued from an outdoor situation after a stray mama had been hanging around my mother's house. They were born around March 9th 2025, and since then, mom has been spayed, and all four kittens have been fixed and received their first rabies vaccination. Everyone is healthy and ready for loving homes. I have been working to socialize them more but they are still quite timid as a result of spending their first few months outside. This girl is still on the timid side, but she has made great progress. When we caught her, she had a large open wound from her chin down her neck. We treated the wound for months but some of the hair is still missing slightly due to scarring. She is very scared, but she allows being held and petted and is gentle. She will need an adopter who is patient and willing to continue socializing her, but she has so much potential to become a loving companion.* I will reach out via email first if you apply- please keep your eye out for this!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Pepper, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
