Witnesses saw this sweet boy being abandoned on a quiet country road one night, left confused and frightened as the family he knew sped away. It’s no surprise that Ace needs a little time to trust new people — after all, we’d feel the same if the family we loved disappeared without us. Once Ace realizes he’s safe, his gentle spirit shines. He warms up with patience, kindness, and calm companionship, and he’s so eager to build a bond with someone who won’t give up on him again. Ace would do best in a home without young children, where he can feel secure and continue learning that the world can be kind. He is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations, ready to begin his next chapter.
