My story

Hey, I'm Lincoln, your new best friend forever, hopefully! I LOVE people, and will want to be by your side or on your lap. I am polite about it, and I'm not pushy. I will take as much attention as I can get, but will give my human their space. I am gentle, have a pleasant meow, enjoy making eye contact, and being petted. I'm a middle-aged gentleman, and was actually returned to the sanctuary after being adopted as a kitten about 6 years ago, due to unforeseen circumstances. My brother, sister and I were found abandoned as tiny kittens. Apparently, my mama was accidentally trapped in a hot shed and sadly perished. A kind lady socialized us and got us really healthy, then we were all adopted. I have adapted well, but I was SO used to being around a caring family, and would really like to be a part of one again soon. I have been around children of all ages, other cats and dogs. I enjoy going outdoors supervised, once I know where home is. I promise, you will love me once you meet me.
