My story

Meet Oscar, our big 80-pound Husky with an even bigger personality. At 4–5 years old, Oscar is everything Husky fans adore: active, fun, social, a little dramatic in the best way, and incredibly lovable. He’s a true “more to love” kind of dog who greets everyone with friendly enthusiasm. Huskies are unique dogs who shine with the right person, and Oscar is no different. He’ll thrive with someone Husky-savvy who understands their energy, smarts, and need for daily activity. Give him structure and adventure, and he’ll give you companionship, laughter, and plenty of affection. If you’re ready for a big, friendly, fun-loving partner, Oscar is waiting to meet you. *Reminder* We are currently facilitating adoptions through appointment only. If you arrive at the shelter without an appointment to meet a dog, we may not be able to assist you.
