My story

Tetra the Tuxedo! Born in January 2025, Tetra is young cat who’s still waiting for her birthday wish to come true- a loving home that will give her the space to feel safe. Oh, and maybe some tuna on her cake. Please come and make her wish come true. Tetra does have a bite waiver but the bite happened after she got into someone’s house through an open door and during the chase to capture her, not unexpectedly she bit out of fear. Since being at our shelter, she’s been good with the humans, although she does not like other cats so she must go to a home with no cats. Trust us on this! Tetra’s adoption fee of $100 includes spaying/neutering, age-appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FELV, microchipping, and a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. To meet Tetra, please call 602-971-1334 to schedule an appointment for any day of the week. Walk-ins are also welcome during our normal adoption hours on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Home Fur Good Animal Rescue is located at 10220 North 32nd St in Phoenix.
