My story
WATERDOWN, ON When she came into SPIN’s care, Fidget’s body told the story of her past: she was overweight, had painful ear infections in both ears, and mammary tumours that needed to be removed. What a mess she must have felt like — but those days are behind her now. Fidget has since had surgery, and we’re thrilled to share that all her tumours were benign. Her ears have been treated and are healing beautifully, and she’s feeling so much more comfortable.Today, Fidget is discovering a whole new world of comfort, kindness, and care. Her foster describes her as sweet, quiet, and deeply loving — a gentle companion who wants to be near her people, soaking in affection and peace.
