My story

***LOCAL ADOPTER NEEDED (within 50 miles of Apex, NC)! This dog is scheduled to be spayed the week of 9/29 at our partner vet in Apex!*** I'm Aliza, a 6-month-old yellow lab mix with the happiest personality you’ll ever meet! I love to play fetch (sometimes I forget and get distracted by something more exciting). My favorite thing in the world is wrestling and playing with other dogs I’d really love a home with another dog to keep me company. When I’m not busy playing, I’m all about snuggles. I will happily curl up with you after a long day, or just in between exercise. At night, I sleep in my crate once I’ve had a few minutes to settle in. In the morning after I go to the bathroom the first time I cuddle in bed for another hour or two. I’m also very food-motivated, which makes me eager to learn new things and easy to train. I eat out of slow feeders and kongs so I don't eat too fast and upset my stomach. I’d be happiest in a home where someone is around during the day to give me love, playtime, and structure. I’m ready to bring so much joy and laughter into my new family’s life. Could that be you?
