Tarragon (Tara)

My story

Tarragon, aka Tara, is 30% energy, 20% sass, and 50% fluff. She might as well be straight out of the build-a-bear workshop because she’s literally unrealistically cute. Tara and her siblings were born through the Last Litter Initiative at our founder’s house and have grown up in a busy environment surrounded by lots of activity, desensitization opportunities, and other dogs. Tara is very social, very playful, but also very people-driven and cuddly. Because of an inguinal hernia, Tara’s spay surgery needed to be pushed out an additional month to allow for her to grow more, so at this time she is looking for a family interested in providing her a forever home to take over fostering her until she is spayed and ready to formalize adoption. Her surgery will be done at our partner veterinarian in Irving Park neighborhood so there must be willingness to transport her to this appointment. At this time, we are only accepting applications in or within 2 hours of Chicago. Her adoption fee will include age appropriate vaccines, recent deworming and prevention, spay and microchip.
