My story

Hi! My name is Archie and I'm around 6 months old. I've been told I resemble Nipper the iconic RCA dog but I think I am much cuter! Just look at my pink and black spotted nose and toes. I absolutely love food which makes me easily trainable. I already know sit, paw, and lay down. My love for food also makes me a fabulous counter surfer so best not to have food easily accessible while I am learning off! I walk nicely on a leash and don't pull too much, but I do get easily distracted. I would much rather have a big fenced in yard to run zoomies and explore. I would love to have another doggie friend to romp around with too! I'd be okay solo as long as my humans play with me. I do have quite the prey drive and don't care for the neighbor's cat too much. I love to play toys all day and take lots of naps. I sleep so quietly at night in my crate without a peep, if I am in the room with my humans. I don't really like being left alone, but I will settle after I bark a bit. I am completely house-broken. I haven't been around small children but I do still have puppy teeth and sometimes like to give a little nibble to a finger or toe. I'm pretty easy though and respond well to ouch! My foster mom says who ever adopts me is gonna be very lucky. She wishes she could keep me all for herself. Who wants to give me my forever home?
