My story

How adorable is this sweet girl ? At just 4 yrs old & 17 lbs, Doe came to Hero with her 3 puppies, and she has been the best Momma to them. Doe is very friendly to all, and even lets everyone meet her puppies without hesitation. She is a cuddler & a lover. Doe loves to be snuggled and to lay down next to you for pets and attention. She is potty trained and has excellent recall. She also walks great on a leash and loves her strolls. Doe is available for a meet and for pre adoption, as she is in the process of weaning her babies, and then she still needs to be spayed. Doe can go to her forever home by mid to late October, but put in your application now, before someone snags this sweetheart first. Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies. Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered. Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
