Meet Joelle – Your Bold Little Aries Explorer! Born on April 18th, Joelle is a true Aries pup—confident, curious, and always ready for her next adventure! At 18 weeks old, this adorable terrier mix is the boldest of her siblings and has the cutest button ears you’ve ever seen. She’ll likely remain a perfect, medium size, right around 40 pounds once she's full grown—just right for cuddles and adventures alike. Joelle is playful, smart, and eager to please. She’s potty trained, crate trained (she happily bounces into her crate at bedtime!) and already knows her basic commands. She’s also very food motivated, which makes learning new tricks both easy and fun. When it comes to friends, Joelle is a total social butterfly. She adores every dog she’s ever met, loves cats (and doesn’t chase them), and thinks kids are just the best. She’s also a big fan of splashing around and playing in water—her adventurous spirit shines wherever she goes! This sweet girl is looking for a forever home that will celebrate her spunky Aries personality, let her explore safely, and always make room for snuggles. Could Joelle be your little star? Thank you for your interest in one of our Hero Babies! Before inquiring, we thought it was important to share a few of our policies. Puppies - We do not adopt puppies under 16 weeks to out of state adopters. This is due to our spay/neuter policy, and all dogs must be spayed/neutered before leaving Georgia state lines. We do not adopt siblings to the same household. Your Current Pets - We do require that your current dogs and cats are current on vaccines and spayed/neutered. Adoptions - We do not have a shelter and are a foster-home based organization. We do require that you have an approved adoption application to schedule a meet and greet. You can fill out an adoption application on our website, www.herorescue.org/adopt. Once your application is approved it will be sent to the foster family that is currently caring for the dog. They will be able to provide information on likes, dislikes, personality, etc. They will also schedule a time for you to meet the dog. We do require a home visit prior to adoption.
