My story

Blackberry – Male Terrier-Mix Puppy - Available for Adoption in IL on November 1st, 2025! Hi there, I’m Blackberry! I may be the name of a little berry, but I’ve got the spunk of a full-grown bushel! I was born into a world that started off a little uncertain... my mama, Flower, was surrendered in Georgia while pregnant with all seven of us little puppies in her belly. On August 10th, we made our grand entrance into the world. And let me tell you, our mama is a superhero. She kept us safe, warm, and loved through it all. I’m what you might call an adventurer. I’m always curious about what’s around the next corner, whether it’s a squeaky toy or a shoelace that looks like it needs untying. I love to play and explore, and I have this way of turning every moment into an opportunity for fun. My tail wags a lot—it’s basically a propeller when I’m excited (which is pretty often). I’ll be ready to join my forever family on November 1st, 2025.
