My story
Arthur is the sweetest! Look at that face! Despite living most of his life on a chain outside, this guy is loving life in his new foster home! Arthur looks like a chihuahua mix of some sort but a DNA test is definitely in order! He gets along well with other dogs and cats and would probably be fine with respectable children.
