My story

Theo, is a 2 yr old male Goldendoodle/Aussiedoodle who is very new to GRRAND and we have little info on him at this point. But we know he is house-trained and crate-trained. Sadly his owner had had an aneurysm, and he had to move in with family that can't care for him. He lived with 2 other doodles at a family members house before he came to GRRAND. Our volunteer went and met him, and said he is extremely sweet, loved the little boy he lived with, and walked by their outdoor cat and no reaction. Theo does need a home with another dog to help build his confidence. He has been moved around a bit and it has been hard on him and the family. Theo takes a bit to warm up to people. He is currently a little shy and timid. He loves one of the GRRAND volunteers, but he has seen her a few times and knows her. We are not sure he has had much affection in his previous life but he is thinking about how nice it would be to have affection all of the time! He ran around the field, sniffed, and walked around. He is curious and also sweet and Theo is pretty calm. His new family must have the time and patience to work with Theo on his life adjustments and give him the love and compassion he needs to settle into his new life with his new family.
