My story

DOB: May 5ht, 2022 Meet Titi - a cautious but incredibly sweet cat who’s been opening up more and more each day. He’s independent, low-maintenance, and not picky at all when it comes to food or toys. Once he lets his guard down, he loves sleeping close to both his human and feline companions. Titi gets along beautifully with other cats—including his brother Reiner—and treats them with affection and care. He’s also impressively smart and seems to understand basic commands like “jump down” or “scoot over.” (We’re not saying he speaks English... but we’re not not saying that either!) When he’s in a playful mood, Titi lets out the most adorable squeaky meows before springing into action—scaling cat trees, chasing his tail, and bouncing around with ninja-like precision. While he’s still learning to share his affection with humans, he’s already showing that side through his loving interactions with other cats: headbutts, rubs, and even the occasional kiss. And let’s not forget those signature black spots on his face—they make him look just like Batman! And like any great hero, Titi is strong, brave, loyal, and quietly full of heart. Titi’s ideal forever home is calm, patient, and loving— one where he can stay with his brother Reiner, who gives him confidence and comfort. He’s slowly warming up to physical affection and has already allowed some full-body pets, chin scratches, and head rubs. Titi’s nails haven’t been trimmed yet, so if he feels scared, he may lightly scratch when trying to protect himself. But with slow, gentle movements and plenty of patience, Titi is learning to trust and relax more each day. The key to Titi’s heart? Let him come to you. Offer gentle affirmations, slow blinks, treats, and playtime. He especially loves wand toys, which are a great way to bond and build trust.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Titi, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
