My story

Meet Juno!Juno is a 2–3 year old sheepdog mix with the sweetest little frame—she only weighs 30 lbs! She was found as a stray, so we don’t know her backstory, but during her time with us, she’s proven to be an absolute lovebug.Juno’s favorite thing in the world? Snuggles. She has endless affection (and kisses!) to share, and she’s happiest curled up in your lap or soaking up belly rubs. She’s gentle, calm, and loves nothing more than to be close to her people.When it’s time for adventure, Juno shines too! She’s a pro on leash, making walks easy and enjoyable. Whether it’s a stroll down a nature trail or around the neighborhood, Juno loves to explore with her nose to the ground, happily leading the way. She’s food-motivated, already knows a few basic commands, and is eager to learn more—training will be a breeze with this smart little girl.Juno is friendly with both people and dogs, and while she hasn’t officially met kids while in our care, we think her gentle, affectionate personality could make her a wonderful family companion. The only thing she doesn’t care for? Cats.Of course, no story about Juno would be complete without mentioning her favorite squeaky chicken—it’s her emotional support toy and she insists it comes along to her forever home.If you’re looking for a sweet, cuddly, well-mannered pup who’s equal parts walking buddy and snuggle partner, Juno is ready to steal your heart!Thank you for showing an interest in our pets.
