My story

Male - 9 months - 57 lbs - Microchipped - Neutered - KYHello! My name is Leo and I am a 9-month-old, 57 lb neutered male. I am already housetrained. I am working on crate-training and being able to spend time alone! I eat my meals in my crate and have been building upon short periods of crate time to increase my tolerance for it. I would do best in a home with someone home most of the time and able to continue working on this with me as I can become destructive if left home alone uncrated. I am a social boy who does well with men, women, and children! I don’t know what “stranger” means because I will approach anyone to seek affection and pets! I love to spend time with my people and am welcoming to visitors to our home. I do well with other dogs and will require at least one other dog in my home. I love to play with my foster siblings! I also enjoy playing with toys, especially those stuffy ones that I can play with for a bit and then tear apart! For more durable toys, I do also enjoy a good benebone chew. I have a strong prey drive and cannot go to a home with cats. I enjoy tagging along for car rides and only pull slightly on lead! I would love to join you for outings and adventures. I have already learned sit, come, and drop it—I would love a family committed to continuing my training as I mature! I love to learn and be involved. Could you be the family I am searching for? All dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and micro-chipped. Puppies under 6 months old may not be spayed/neutered.
