Lilac

My story

LILAC is a beautiful, short-haired, solid grey kitten with lovely hazel eyes. She is extremely extroverted and loves to play. She can always be found in the middle of the action, whether that is playing with people or with other pets. Brave and confident, Lilac will adapt quickly to a new situation and is easily enticed to come out and play. She loves the stimulation of a wide range of toys. Lilac can also be a lap cat – but only when she’s taking a break from playing! Although curious, Lilac has shown no inclination to escape. She was born to a CRAN cat in foster care.  A lively, active and affectionate kitten, Lilac will need a forever home that appreciates her energy and will enjoy her antics. She must be adopted with one of her siblings or into a household that already has a young cat or kitten for companionship and playtime. LILAC has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is negative for FeLV and FIV. Her adoption fee includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners.  You can meet Lilac at the cattery inside our partner PetSmart in North Eugene (2847 Chad Dr, across from Costco).  Please submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at the store, and an adoption counselor will contact you to set up a meet and greet. The $175 adoption fee ($320 for two kittens) allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community.
