My story

Who's this lovely cutie? It's SKEETER! Skeeter is a short haired, male black panther kitten. He loves playing with his brothers and often follows their lead. He also enjoys playing with toys and people! Born in foster care, Skeeter is a sweetheart who appreciates cuddles and likes to give kisses after playtime. He purrs for belly rubs and neck scratches. Skeeter is a little shy and can take a bit of time to warm up. When he does, he's a precious boy who would do well with anyone that has a gentle touch! Skeeter will need to be carefully monitored as he is very curious and may try to wander through the door or out the windows. Sweet Skeeter would prefer a cat-friendly, quiet family to call his own. He would love to go to his forever home with one of his brothers, MOOLA or SCOOTER. Skeeter has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. You can meet SKEETER at the cattery inside our partner PetSmart in South Eugene (2858 Willamette St) beginning Friday, 8/15.  Please submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at the store, and an adoption counselor will contact you to set up a meet and greet.  The $175 ($320 for a pair) adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. For more information, send an email to AdoptInfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1. ID 2504-C0086 SKEETER DOB 4/21/2025  MUST BE ADOPTED WITH A SIBLING, OR INTO A HOME WITH ANOTHER PLAYFUL YOUNG CAT OR KITTEN OK WITH OTHER CATS, WITH SLOW INTRODUCTION UNKNOWN WITH DOGS BEST WITH QUIET OLDER KIDS, OR ADULTSAugust 13, 2025, 4:44 pm
