PJ

My story

Even though PJ is relatively shy, he’s got a goofy side. PJ is a 6mo month old, neutered 36lb Australian Kelpie mix that was surrendered to the Mesquite Animal Shelter on 9/3 because the owner had too many animals. It’s not hard to see that PJ has different color eyes which makes him very unique. He’s listed as chocolate brown. When he got out into the yard he was trembling, but he was looking up at me as if imploring me to love him. That’s wasn’t hard to do as he’s a very gentle, well mannered puppy. He doesn’t jump on you. He strolled casually around the yard, but then galloped back to me. He’s mild mannered, sweet, affectionate, and friendly. He’s got a very endearing personality. He walked okay on a leash. He did his business in the yard. He hopes his new owners have a backyard for him to romp in, but that he mostly wants to be an inside door to enjoy the comforts of home.
