My story

🐾 Coco Chloe needs YOU—after heartbreak, she's in desperate need of a family who will offer unconditional love! 🐾 Her story is tough—but her heart is gentle. This sweet 10-year-old lap cat spent most of her life in a garage, only allowed inside when the dogs were put away. When her family moved and planned to leave her outside permanently, kind-hearted strangers stepped in and brought her to Homeward Bound for help. Coco Chloe has a tough exterior at first, but once she bonds, she’s a devoted, loving companion who craves gentle affection on her terms. She’s a true introvert who loves curling up in a lap, quiet snuggles, and cozy naps. The challenge? She is not thriving here, and we expected that—a shelter is no place for a cat with a background like hers. She needs a home—YOUR home! She is: ✅ Great with other cats ✅ Litter box trained 👩‍🦳 Best in a calm, adult-only home ❌ Not a fan of dogs Coco Chloe needs a home where she can finally feel safe, loved, and cherished—a quiet environment and someone willing to give her the TLC she’s long deserved.
