0922 Louie pka Nehemiah

My story

Louie is being fostered in Waukesha WI Drum roll please!  This gorgeous stud muffin is Louie.  He is a 90lb black and tan German Shepherd Dog.  He is approximately 2.5 years old. This boy has been all around the USA and finally landed with our rescue.  His next home will be his forever home.  Regardless of his travels from CA to NJ, and to the midwest, he is just the sweetest most sensitive GSD we have ever met.   He enjoys car rides, walks (harness/halti needed), running, playing with a ball and affection from his humans that he will reciprocate. Louie doesn't have one mean bone in his body.  He even likes the little 4lb poodle in his foster home, matter of fact, he likes the smaller dogs better than he likes the big dogs.   He is crate trained and potty trained.  Louie doesn't engage in play with the other dogs and seems to be more human focused than doggie focused. We think a home with or with out another dog would be fine for him, especially if the other dog is much smaller than him.  Because Louie is a BIG guy, we think kids over 8 would be ok for him as he can knock a small child over pretty easily.   Louie would love someone to play fetch with, to take walks or runs with and someone that will continue working on his basic obedience skills. This sweetheart is a sensitive guy and can melt any heart he meets.
