My story

Estimated DOB: 03/24/2024 Opie may be a teen, but his heart is full of kitten-level sweetness. Opie adores quiet naps, soft pets, and snuggling close with their favorite humans. If you want a gentle, loving cat who will make your house feel like home, Opie is waiting for you! He spends his days snoozing on the couch, cat tree, or recliner. He’s loves being around other cats and snuggling with them. Rarely do you find Opie alone. He’s always finding a buddy to snuggle with. Opie came to ACR in the spring after he was found with a neck wound. His finder tried to help him heal after they believe he was dumped on their property. However they couldn’t get his medical issue figured out. He’s spent many months healing and now he’s doing amazing! He’s spent time with kids of all ages and he loves to snuggle with them during the day. When they leave for the day he then enjoys his foster dad's lap to watch sports and sometimes catching up on his favorite Bluey episodes. When his humans are away for the day he enjoys watching bird tv or his favorite Disney Jr shows. He’ll snuggle on the couch and binge his shows. He’s the sweetest boy! He likes to play with laser pointers, toy springs, and crinkle balls. However he’d rather snuggle than play. He truly loves attention from his humans and other cats.
