How this pet arrived: This pet was brought in by our Humane Law Enforcement team on July 26, 2025. Why this pet is the one for you:This little beauty is Phoebe! Phoebe is friendly and loves receiving pets and ear rubs almost as much as she enjoys snarfing yummy treats. With her calm disposition and excellent doggie manners, she's a pleasure to walk on a leash, especially since she's not reactive to other dogs. If you're looking for an affectionate pup for games of fetch at the park or cuddles on the couch, sweet Phoebe may be just the dog for you!
