How this pet arrived: Bear was brought in by a community member Why Bear might be the one for you:Bear, at about 35 pounds, is not too big and not too little. He is easy to pick up when needed but small enough to fit nicely on someone's lap. What is big about Bear are his eyes. They are a window into his soul and convey what he is feeling. They are happy and friendly eyes when he is with his people because that is where he wants to be. They are anxious when he is away from his people. He will need continued good dog training with positive reinforcement and rewards to show him what he needs to do to be your good dog. He is smart and partially trained so it will not take long. He is an active guy who will want plenty of outside time for running and playing. He might be OK with a mellow, well trained dog who he can emulate. He is so ready for a stable home with caring people. He has not had that but he knows that is what he wants. Are you ready to give that to this nice dog who wants a chance to make you proud? At SDHS: Bear has been vaccinated, microchipped, spayed neutered and is now ready for hisnew home! Primary Color: Beige Weight: 34 Age: 0yrs 10mths 1wks
