Meet Koala! 🐾Koala is a gentle 3-year-old sweetheart with a quiet soul and a heart full of love. Though she may be a bit shy at first, once she feels safe, she transforms into the ultimate lap cat. If you're looking for a calm, loving companion to curl up with, Koala is your girl.She thrives in a peaceful environment and would do best in a patient, understanding home where she can open up at her own pace. Koala’s favorite things? Cozy blankets, soft pets, and warm laps.Ready to meet this lovely little lady? Come visit Koala in person at the MaryAnn Wright Animal Adoption and Education Center — she might just be your perfect match. Sometimes, the quietest cats have the loudest love to give. 💕For current adoption fees, please see our website, www.metrodetroitanimals.org. Adoption fee includes: age-appropriate vaccinations, spay or neuter, microchip, ID tag, fecal / worming, basic physical and behavior assessment. Dogs (6 months and older) receive an occult heartworm test. For an additional $20, cats (12 weeks and older) can be tested for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus) / FLV (feline leukemia).
