My story

TULIP is a handsome little gray and white male tabby kitten with short hair. Petite, calm and mature for a kitten his age, Tulip thrives on the companionship of other cats and can often be found snuggling with his littermates. He will likely take some time to warm up to new people and a new environment. Given some time and patience, however, he will come out of his shell. He has taken great strides in his foster home to overcome his natural reserve, and now enjoys human companionship, seeking out lap time and pets from his foster family. Tulip must be adopted with one of his siblings – ideally, LILAC or CROCUS – or into a home that already has another confident young cat in residence to lend him the courage that he needs to truly blossom. TULIP has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and is negative for FeLV and FIV. His adoption fee includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. TULIP will be coming soon to the  cattery inside our partner PetSmart in North Eugene (2847 Chad Dr, across from Costco).     Please submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at the store, and an adoption counselor will contact you to set up a meet and greet.  The $175 adoption fee ($320 for two kittens) allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community.
