My story

Hello! My name is Shady and I am a handsome gray and white boy who is looking for a home where I can love and be loved. I came to the shelter with another dog as a local stray and I am now ready to find a home that I can call me own. At only a year old I am barely past puppyhood so I am quite active and would do great in a home with an active family. My perfect home would be one where I can get lots of love, plenty of exercise and cuddles galore. But just to be clear, when playtime is over, I settle down nicely and can be quite affectionate! So if you are looking for a couch buddy at the end of the day, I'm your guy! I am a very social and confident dog who would love to join you on life's many adventures. I would make a great walking or running partner -- your choice! As long as I am with my person, I am a happy pup! So if you think I could be the one for you, let's meet and see how it goes.
