My story

Looking to sweeten up your life with a loyal companion? My name is Honey, and I just might be the perfect addition to your family! I’m a gorgeous golden tan adult dog with a heart as warm as my coat. I’ve outgrown the wild puppy phase but still have plenty of energy for walks, playtime, and all the snuggles you can handle. I’m the kind of dog who’s just as happy hiking a trail as I am curling up next to you on the couch after a long day. Because I’m an adult, I already have some of that training stuff down—but I’m always ready to learn more, especially if treats are involved! I’m looking for someone who wants a faithful best friend, whether that means daily neighborhood strolls or weekend road trips. If you’re looking for a calm, loving, and affectionate companion who’s ready to settle in and steal your heart, come meet me at the shelter.
