My story

Do you want a dog who is not only a great companion but also a good conversation starter? Then look no further than Zephyra. You and your friends will have a lot of fun debating what breeds could make up little Zeph Zeph.Fully grown, she is a great lap dog as well as a fun companion. She will enjoy playing with toys on her own or cuddling with you on the couch.Zephyra has very little fear and a lot of curiosity. Few obstacles stand in this little one's way, as she has mastered jumping over baby gates. Zephyra will keep you on your toes when she sits sweetly for treats one minute and then zooms around your house the next. Zephy loves treats and will do anything for cheese or a hard-boiled egg. Crinkle toys are her favorite things. Zephyra will gladly play with dogs her size or larger, but is just as happy to be the only dog. She is a great balance of friendly and independent, though she may take some time to show you her chaotic side. She is spunky and will benefit from boundaries, and someone who understands that will test new handlers. She will respond to her name and understands "No" Her previous foster would recommend a home with older kids who can handle her more chaotic side. They also recommend a home with no cats or a family with experience handling both. We know little Zephy will make you a great buddy, so why not consider adding her to your family and get the breed debate started?

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Zephyra, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
