Name:  Pani     Best Guess for Breed: Shepherd/Plott Hound Best Guess for Age:   1 year as of June 2025         SEX:  female   Approximate Weight: 46 lbs   Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:  SC-area shelter! Pani needs a foster or forever home to come up to the DC area!    Pani is Looking For:  At just 1 year old, Pani is full of puppy energy, curiosity, and cuddles. Her name means water in Hindi — and it fits perfectly, because she flows with joy, jumps into every moment, and brings calm wherever she goes.   Pani is looking for a home where she can pour her heart out — whether that’s through playful zoomies in the yard or curling up next to you after a long day. She's loyal, loving, and ready to dive into forever. Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
